What are CC&Rs?

Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) are recorded against the properties in the neighborhood. They define how lots may be used, set basic standards for property appearance, and help protect the character and value of the community.

What are the bylaws?

Bylaws describe how the POA is organized and operated: board roles, meetings, voting, and other procedures. Together with the CC&Rs, they form the backbone of how the association functions.
